"I was lucky enough to end up with Janine Peck at State Farm for my agent. I do not know what happened to my original agent but I was temporarily reassigned to another State Farm agent then subsequently assigned to Janine Peck permanently. Let me tell you she is a blessing. My temporary agent gave me Janine’s number, I called Janine, explained how lost I was, and she immediately invited me to come into her office to get all my needs and concerns squared away. I had policies with State Farm and Allstate and wanted to have everything with State Farm alone. Janine explained all my options and helped me get all my policies on track. Janine is dedicated and hard working. I noticed this by the time stamp of her emails and phone calls, she works late nights and weekend's including Sundays. She answers all of my phone calls and emails , that speaks volumes as I have trust issues from dealing with my previous State Farm agent.
